You are living your best life when your mind, body, and spirit are balanced and healthy. In support of this quest for better health and staying healthy, I offer health education within a coaching arrangement to free up and further the realization of your health-related goals.
Holistic health coaching provides you with the confidence, knowledge, and skills to become an active participant in your own care and self-identified health goals. It aims to guide you toward an overall healthier life using an integrative approach to diet and lifestyle changes. Typically, it begins with your oral health-Mouth Health Matters!
I will be your wellness ally that sees you as a resourceful, creative and complete human being who wants to grow. I will support your personal responsibility for your own health and lifestyle choices, and help you appraise all aspects of your life in order to identify areas for exploration. I will trust your intuition to decide which facet of health you are ready to work on. And, together, we will develop a relationship that fits your individual needs.
